SWW Schedule 07-08~ This is the schedule of all classes that are offered at School Without Walls

Independent Study~ You need to complete this form if you want to receive credit for classes or activities taken outside the city school district. If this form is not filled out properly you will not receive credit for the work.

Independent PE~ If you want PE credit for any physical activities outside the scheduled SWW classes (e.g. karate class) then you need to complete this form. The form must be completed before consideration for credit can take place.

Decision Making~This is the form in which you can propose changes to school policies or school events. See your student handbook for more information.

Student Handbook~ This is your Guide to School Without Walls.

Commitment Sheet~This will help you plan your schedule for the week.

Résumé ~Completing a resume is a annual requirement at School Without Walls.

Community Service~ This is the form that you must complete in order to receive credit for volunteers hours.

Community Service letter~This form needs to be given to your community service supervisor at the beginning of your work with them.
