Visitors: School Without Walls Policy

1. Visitors are welcome for school business or educational purposes. Social visiting is not allowed.

2. All visitors must make arrangements at least 24 hours in advance unless waived by the principal, except for:
   1. a. School Without Walls graduates on official business.
      
   2. b. parents or guardians of School Without Walls students
      
   3. c. school district personnel
      
3. Children of current School Without Walls students are not permitted in the building.
4. All visitors must sign in at the sentry's desk, before they can go anyplace else.
5. The School Without Walls student being visited is expected to inform the visitor of our rules for behavior – visitors are expected to follow those rules.

This visitors policy applies to the entire SWW property, including the parking lot.

Persons who do not register or do not follow the rules for behavior of the School Without Walls may be removed from the property or prosecuted for loitering or trespassing under sections 240.35 and 140.10 of the New York State Penal Law.
